We provide financing for investment and commercial properties, second homes in Mexico as well as residential real estate mortgages. We offer VA loans, FHA loans, Jumbo loans and conventional fixed rate mortgages.

We have access to capital that can provide more flexible underwriting criteria for people who deserve to get a loan. Asset based loans for the borrower who has experienced a loss of income in the past couple of years due to the economic recession, but who have good credit and assets, we can provide financing at rates the same as a regular jumbo loan. Obviously, we still offer the usual aggressive interest rates for FNMA, FHLMC through our bank line with other banks and mortgage companies.
